For labour: warranties start at 16 to 25 years.

We cover any damage or leaks to your roof during the labour warranty. 

Excluding ice build-up, shifting, acts of god(tree falling on the house), and certain-sized hail depending on the shingle chosen. 

For materials: we typically install lifetime warranty products (manufacturer warranty). Warranty specifics vary on the manufacturer. We have a long list of happy clients and jobs for you to reference,

Yes, unless told otherwise by the client. 

Intake and exit ventilations are inspected. If they're not adequate, we will advise the client of the options to handle them.

If insulation issues are present, we will advise the client of the options to correct them.

Property protection is of utmost importance to us. From uni stone driveways and walkways to flower beds and garden lawns. We do our best to leave your property as soon as we arrive or Better. From laying out tarps over work areas to cleaning nails, we do our best to ensure nothing on the property is damaged or affected by the work. 

Typically we provide the total costs of the job, if necessary we can provide a detailed breakdown.

We are fully insured and licensed for all roofing projects.

Typically your roof is covered fully for the extent of the labour warranty. Clients will be charged for additional work or any other changes decided upon after the work is complete. 

Only certain brands are considered green. 

Typically under contract unless otherwise specified.

Ice snow/snow removal and ensuring gutters are cleaned yearly.

It depends on the brand and our experts would be happy to elaborate. Your house specifics will vary our recommendations.

 Standard waste removal unless a green package is chosen where metal is directly recycled 

 Typically a visual or onsite inspection is needed unless otherwise seen. 

 Yes, metal is always best for the environment. Otherwise, Malarkey shingles are the green shingles on the market. 

 Your warranty on leaks starts once we arrive on site. Depending on the roof, we only open what we can seal during the day. We also keep close tabs on the weather. Sometimes we only open the roof partially if bad weather is expected to ensure we keep your house watertight.
